Dog-Togs, what we do...
Dog-Togs dog collars and leads are designed and made to be functional, attractive and striking. Our dog collars come in 1 inch and 2 inch wide designs, many with matching leads. All dog collars can be made as either adjustable or as the special Dog-Togs martingale dog collar which tightens slightly as the dog pulls. Please consult the ‘sizing and style advice’ page for further details so that you can choose the perfect dog collar for your hound.
Dog collars don’t have to be boring, dog collars don’t have to be plain, you wouldn’t wear the same outfit every day so why should your dog? At Dog-Togs we know you want a dog collar to be an expression of your and your dog’s personalities and accessories should never be dull! Dog-Togs dog collars are different, personal and fun!
Dog-Togs, how we started...
Dog-Togs started as a hobby. My rescue lurcher, Tanian, needed a new dog collar and I was dismayed at the choice on offer. I wanted a dog collar that was different, striking, personal and pretty. When I couldn’t find a dog collar I liked I made my own and Dog-Togs was born.
I believe that a dog collar or lead should be both beautiful and practical and Dog-Togs collars are made with this in mind. When my dog-loving friends saw Tan’s new Dog-Togs collar they all wanted one. Before I knew it I was taking orders left right and centre for dog collars and matching leads and began a business in order to raise a little extra money for a greyhound rescue charity near where I lived in Scotland.
Since then I have continued to search for new ideas and designs for my dog collars. A lot of the favourite Dog-Togs designs have been inspired by the dogs themselves (and their owners). For example the Rainbow range of dog collars and the matching leads was designed for the ‘black beauties’ a group of pure-black greyhounds who look absolutely stunning in these colourful collars.
Making quality attractive dog collars is something I really enjoy and I hope you will take as much pleasure in pampering your dog (and yourself) as I do.
